Surprisingly cool in the summer months with a solid roof, the conservatory is our favourite place to enjoy a leisurely lunch.  Housing a huge table with bench seating for 20 plus, doors open onto the pool terrace, front driveway and outdoor kitchen, there is also a serving hatch through to the trullo kitchen.

The serving hatch wall features a unique hand painted tile mural, made by artisans from the nearby town of Grottaglie.
