The lounge has seating for 10, a feature fireplace and a television for use with DVD’s and terrestrial TV.   There is also free, high speed Wifi internet access.

The dining area has a huge pine table with seating for 14+ and a smaller pine table with seating for 6.  

On the same level is a reading area with a large, comfortable couch for relaxing, reading or listening to music.  Cook books, guide books, reading books, “Italia” magazines, children’s games and a large selection of DVD’s are provided for your enjoyment.  

The fully equipped kitchen has an american sized fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a double sink set in black granite work surfaces.  We love cooking, so hopefully you will find everything you need to prepare the most sumptuous of meals from the the great local produce.

The trullo consists of a small breakfast area seating 4, a kitchen area (hob, sink, washing machine, feature fireplace), bathroom and storage room (perfect for keeping things cool during the hotter months).  It is reached via steps down from main kitchen and a door to front terrace, it also has a serving hatch through to the conservatory.
